Forestry Operations & Management Platform

Background

We partnered with Clear Timber Analytics as a technology delivery partner for their end client, GMT Equipment, a manufacturer of professional tree cutting equipment.

The goal was to create a digital platform supporting modern tree cutting operations by transforming LiDAR data provided by Clear Timber into practical tools for operators working in the field.

Our team was responsible for the complete product design and development process, covering the mobile application, web-based administration platform and supporting backend services.

Solution

We designed and developed a connected platform that brings LiDAR-powered tree data directly into field operations, combining specialised forestry technology with an intuitive mobile experience.

A dedicated mobile application provides operators with the information they need while working in the field, while the web-based administration panel enables teams to manage the system and its operational data from a central interface.

The supporting backend connects both applications with Clear Timber's LiDAR data infrastructure, creating a unified system designed around real-world forestry workflows.
