Personalized Food Delivery E-commerce Platform

Background

Primate is a consumer platform and mobile app for managing the delivery of personalised meals throughout the entire day.

We partnered with Primate to design, develop and continuously maintain its complete digital product ecosystem - from mobile commerce and subscriptions to the technology supporting meal personalisation and production.

The platform serves thousands of users every day, connecting their dietary preferences with highly personalised physical products delivered directly to them.

Solution

We designed and built a dedicated web and mobile personalised e-commerce platform, implementing a subscription-based business model, and giving users control over their daily meals.

The experience enables ingredient-level personalisation, allowing users to tailor individual meals to their preferences. Integrations with Apple Health and Google Health extend the experience with health and activity data, while the underlying commerce platform manages subscriptions and recurring delivery of physical products.
