A Telephony Enabled Web App for an Award Winning Campaign

Background

When Nord DDB launched the Missed Calls campaign for Telenor Sweden, they needed a reliable and secure way for people to access the voicemail messages at the heart of the campaign experience.

We designed, built and maintained the supporting digital platform. The solution authenticated users before granting access to their messages and enabled secure voicemail downloads through a simple, frictionless flow.

The Missed Calls campaign was later nominated for a Gold Lion at Cannes Lions, with Memory Squared listed as the official technology partner responsible for the implementation.

Powered by Telnyx phone services, the platform connected the phone-based campaign experience with its digital destination.

Behind the simple user interaction was a robust technical setup that ensured each person could securely access the correct voicemail content, while giving the campaign team a reliable platform throughout the activation.

Our work included:

• Designing and developing the authentication and voicemail access flow, including a dedicated integration with Telenor’s voicemail system
• Integrating Telnyx phone services to support the voice-based campaign experience
• Enabling secure voicemail message downloads
• Maintaining and supporting the platform throughout the campaign

The result was a seamless bridge between a creative telecom campaign and the technology required to make it work at scale - secure, reliable and simple for users.
