Shared Services Data Platform Redesign

Background

SSON (Shared Services & Outsourcing Network) is one of the world's largest and most established communities for shared services, global business services and outsourcing professionals.

Its digital ecosystem includes extensive data and analytics tools that help professionals explore industry benchmarks, compare performance and turn complex datasets into actionable business insights.

We partnered with SSON to redesign these tools and create a consistent visual foundation for presenting complex data across its web platform.

Solution

We delivered an extensive redesign of SSON's data tools, focusing on making complex datasets and analytics easier to explore, understand and compare.

A key part of the project was creating a dedicated web data visualisation design system - establishing reusable patterns for charts, dashboards, filters, controls and other data-heavy interfaces.

The system was designed to bring consistency across SSON's growing portfolio of analytical products while making future tools easier to design and develop.

Our work included:

• UX/UI redesign of SSON's data and analytics tools
• Designing complex dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
• Creating a dedicated data visualisation design system
• Establishing reusable patterns for charts, filters and analytical components
• Improving information architecture and navigation across data tools
• Designing scalable components for future analytical products

The result was a more consistent and accessible analytics experience - providing SSON with a scalable design foundation for turning complex industry data into clear, usable digital tools.
