Background

HomeAlert is a web platform designed to help property owners in Poland responsibly manage home maintenance requirements and related documentation.

The product addresses the gap between formal obligations placed on property owners and the reality of how well those requirements are understood and followed in everyday life.

We supported the project from early discovery through product design and prototyping, shaping an experience that helps users understand what is required, assess whether they are compliant, and take action where needed.

Solution

We designed a consumer-facing digital product that turns a complex set of property maintenance requirements into a clear, guided flow.

Users can discover which obligations apply to their property, complete a self-check to identify gaps, and order relevant services tailored to their specific situation.

A key part of the product was designing a custom e-commerce experience around this process, connecting compliance guidance with a practical monetisation model and service purchasing flow.

Our work included:

• Product discovery and definition of the core user journey
• Designing flows for identifying property-specific maintenance requirements

• Developing the product structure, UX and interactive prototypes
• Supporting the definition of the product’s monetisation model

The result was a consumer digital product that transforms complex property ownership obligations into a simple, actionable experience - helping users understand what they need to do and access the right services when they need them.
