Blue Mosaic is a mindfulness and emotional wellbeing app designed to help users capture emotions, recognise patterns and better understand how they feel through a gamified and immersive experience.

We were entrusted with a complete redesign and rebuild of the product, taking the Founder's original concept and artwork and transforming it into a modern, scalable digital experience while preserving its distinctive character.

Our role covered the entire product journey - from rethinking UX flows and visual design to frontend and backend development.

Solution

We reimagined the Blue Mosaic experience around a more intuitive and inclusive approach to emotional tracking and mindfulness, balancing the app's original visual identity with accessibility and usability.

The new experience makes recording emotions engaging and expressive rather than clinical, using original artwork and gamification to encourage regular interaction and help users identify patterns over time.

Alongside the redesign, we rebuilt the application's technical foundation with a strong focus on performance, privacy and extensibility, creating a platform ready for continued product development.
