Background

Sweet Robo is a New York-based technology company and a leading producer and distributor of automated vending machines, operating a growing network of connected devices across multiple markets.

We partnered with Sweet Robo to develop and continuously evolve the digital infrastructure behind its operations - from internal business management tools to a dedicated mobile application used by partners to manage their machines remotely.

Our ongoing role combines product design, software development, IoT integration and maintenance, supporting both Sweet Robo's internal operations and its growing network of machine operators.

Solution

We developed a custom management platform tailored to Sweet Robo's business processes, providing a central environment for managing machines, partners and operational data at scale.

Alongside the platform, we built a dedicated partner mobile app connected directly with Sweet Robo's vending machine ecosystem. It enables operators to remotely monitor and manage their devices, access operational information and maintain visibility across multiple locations.

The platform continues to evolve alongside Sweet Robo's hardware, business model and international operations.
